Nutritional counseling for breast cancer in women in Munich & online

A cancer diagnosis changes life on many levels – physically, emotionally, and in everyday life.

During this time, many women look for guidance, stability, and a diet that meaningfully supports them in their current life situation.

As a certified nutritionist in Munich, I support women with cancer experience individually and practically – in person on-site or online via Microsoft Teams.

The focus of my work is the nutritional support of women who have experienced cancer or are currently undergoing or have completed therapy.

This does not involve rigid diets or general meal plans, but rather an individually tailored diet that suits your current life situation.

Personal Experience & Classification

At 39, I was diagnosed with breast cancer myself. What followed was chemotherapy and eight years of antihormone therapy with Tamoxifen.

During this time, I experienced firsthand what nutrition can do – and where its limits lie. I know the exhaustion, the changes in taste, the question of the right food when the body rejects everything. And I know the feeling when strength gradually builds up again.

My advice does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. But many women feel it is something different – something complementary – when they talk to someone who has walked the same path themselves. Who knows the diagnosis. Who knows the treatments. Who knows what everyday life really looks like during this phase.

Therefore, in addition to nutrition-related questions, personal matters may also be discussed. Often, just being heard creates a feeling of security and a first step forward.

Involvement of Family and Partners

A cancer diagnosis never affects only the woman concerned, but often also her immediate surroundings.

Many partners and family members experience uncertainty and powerlessness in this situation. Suddenly, very practical questions arise: What can I cook? What is well-tolerated in everyday life? How can we find a new routine together?

At the same time, there is often a lack of knowledge on how to meaningfully shape everyday life during this phase.

In my consultation, the environment can also be involved if desired. This creates a common understanding of nutrition and everyday life, which provides orientation and facilitates implementation in daily life.

The goal is to create security together, reduce overwhelm, and develop a stable, everyday nutritional structure for the affected person and their environment.

I will accompany you every step of the way

After the Diagnosis
Finding Your Way

Preparing the body for the upcoming treatment. Understanding what makes sense now – and what doesn't.

During Chemotherapy

Nausea, loss of appetite, changes in taste. I'll show you what's still possible and how nutrition can support tolerance.

During Radiation Therapy or Hormone Therapy

Tamoxifen and Co. take a toll on the body. I have a clear opinion, based on my own experience, about what strengthens it during this time and what harms it.

After treatment

Returning to everyday life. Building up your body, developing new habits, and rediscovering the joy of eating.

In Aftercare & Prevention

Living well in the long term. Nutrition as an active contribution to your own health – without prohibitions, with genuine enjoyment.

I'm here – no matter what phase you're in.

One hour just for you — free of charge.
