90 minutes give us the space to comprehensively examine your individual situation and lay the foundation for successful collaboration.

Thanks to the pre-filled nutritional anamnesis, we can directly delve into the relevant topics and make optimal use of the consultation time.

What to expect:

• Detailed nutritional anamnesis – your habits, challenges, and goals
• Discussion of your current life situation and individual needs
• Consideration of existing diagnoses and medical recommendations (if desired)
• First concrete and practical dietary recommendations for everyday life
• In person in Munich or online via Microsoft Teams

Who is the initial consultation suitable for?

The initial consultation is aimed at people who want to sustainably improve their diet and receive individual support.

Women with a cancer experience, in particular, often benefit from the protected environment, personal support, and my understanding of the challenges that such a diagnosis can entail.
